The article mainly introduces the situation of reforming Reverse Osmosis water quality in 125MW of Shiliquan Power Plant. Because of the salt raising, Because aqueous salinity in underground goes up, the amount of water in the original ion exchanger is significant to lower, and two sets of equipments of 300 MW circulates at the same time , the water supply strains in the Plant when it is at great capacity with the water in winter, At the same time, the system water measures is lower, making sour alkali expenses higher. After contrast argument, the reform of Reverse Osmosis is decided on the foundation of the watering supply systems of 125 MW . After reforming, the daily water is all supply by 125 MW and 300 MW is used for equipment in store, which is not only guaranteed the normal production and to keep warm, at the same time, because the sour alkali dosage reduces significantly, expenses can be economized for 950, 000 Yuan yearly.Analysis about Reverse Osmosis water quality saline deposit which caused fouling easily on the reverse osmosis membrane have been done , introducing a few pretreatment methods often used at present in order to look for a way to control the fouling. According to the demands to the water, raw water pretreatment methods is introduced in order to develop the superiority of RO, designed productive capacity, and safe operation especially to ensure the life span. Raw water is strictly pretreated to debase the pollution index, reduce hardness and deposit of organic material, reduce the danger of membrane pollution and so on.Analysis about the pollution, cont and danger of Reverse Osmosis system has been made to offer the Evidence in case of problems in working reality. After running a period, Membrane is easily covered by a layer precipitate and fouled so that the flux go down rapidly. At the same time, cellulose membrane may propagate a lot of micro-organism so that Epidermis layer is destroyed and desalinization performance is reduced, so we mustcontrol it strictly. The analysis has been done about the influence on membrane to convection deposit , concentration polarization , colloid and micro-organism pollution.The article emphases the fouling condition of Reverse Osmosis system in Shiliquan Power Plant and describe the cleaning process . Through the changes of Reverse Osmosis water , problem can be found easily in the system to make sure the system can run safely. After operated for a little time in 125MW of Shiliquan Power Plant, there are problems the water-treatment system such as saltiness increasing , out-let water quality going bad, water conductance increasing doubly in the #1 part 2 . we open the vessel in the second system and examine only to find the foul badly not only in Reverse Osmosis membrane and inner and end-plate of pressing container, but also in the unit and thrust ring , some fouling the is as thick as 1-2 mm .Taking the white fouling on the thrust ring, we use 1% hydrochloric acid and citric acid separately , the fouling can be resolved completely, leaving no residue. The resolve speed is faster hydrochloric is used with Spirit bubble appearing and strange smell. Thus we are sure the main compositions in the thrust ring are the carbonate precipitates,, So we use hydrochloric acid and citric acid as the cleaning and after many small experiences, we ensure the method to clean the system and how to choose the cleaning inhibitor and conclude the suitable cleaning method for Shiliquan Power Plant.The article finally concludes the reason on fouling in Reverse Osmosis device in Shiliquan Power Plant and make suggestions on how to run it. Finally we find the reason after we compare the chosen Scale inhibitors' quality . On the whole cleaning the #1 Reverse Osmosis device is successful because fouling is cleaned .running is recovered and leaning the quality of fouling meanwhile we get much experience in running the system in the future.
