It is necessary to adopt advanced technique of design and test during the process of research and development complicate weapons system. In this thesis, the design method of systems engineering and virtual test technique is applied to the research and development of certain types of surface-to-air missile's guidance and control system. The loop of guidance and control system is designed ,and its mathematical model is set up and simulated. In the last section, the virtual test of system is studied. The main results of this thesis are as follows:1. Based on the demanding of long-range and high-accurate interception, the paper has defined the system's purpose, tactic and technic specification and the overall scheme of technology. The diagram block of guidance and control loop is designed ,and the loop is decomposed into three key subsystem.2. Mathematical models of passive seeker and passive tracking algorithm are set up. In term of the specially characterist in the passive tracking, the algorithm of Adaptive Extensive Kalman filter and adaptive two-step filter are theoretically explored and comparatively analysized.3. The paper has explored the sliding-mode guidance law for the aims of robust and accuracy, then, mathematical model of guidance subsystem is set up and simulated.4. For the aims of long-range,high-velocity,good-flexibility and accuracy, the control techlology of Bank-to-turn is applie to desigh control system of missile body. The paper has achived the BTT missile's dynamic model which has decoupled the three channel, and has desighed the autopilot of the three decoupled channel by Hinf control theory.5. In the last section, the functional demanding, operational scheme and method of test about virtual test is studied. In the end, the paper has accomplished the virtual flight test of the guidance and control system which is desighed in the paper.
