Bi-directional DC-DC converter is a new method of energy convert technical.In this thesis's fist part, it recommended the whole Power Supply System of Micro-Satellite, and then designed a BDC for Li-ion battery charge characteristic. The simulation result proved the feasibility of the design. The parameter of PID compensate net is give by simulation. The simulation also proved use same PID compensates net can make BDC system reasonably work. Then complete the circuit design and the function demo equipment, presented the test result. In the last of this thesis's, the hard ware and soft ware of special digital Li-ion battery package is designed. Through battery balance concept based on fuzzy control, witch efficiency extended the battery package's life. The system is proved to meet the requirements, which is designed reasonably, and can work steadily and reliably.
