| Electronic device is a electric transition device consisted of electronic components. It makes nonlinear load and produces lots of harmony wave which infects the power factors seriously.This paper focuses on the harm of harmony wave cf induction heating and how to restrain it. Chapter1 introduces the history,basic knowledge, and the development of induction heating.Chapter 2 uses mathematic method to analyze the harm of harmony wave and discusses some kinds of methods of restraining it.Chapter 3 uses mathematic method to analyze the harmony of all kinds of electronic devices and the theory of the PWM.Chapter 4 researches the theory of the PWM control, and introduces a new PWM control method which can produce the PWM wave.Chapter 5 put forward a novel topology and the corresponding control strategy. This novel topology does not only reduce harmony wave, but also cut down the cost of production. The experimental waveforms are also given in at the end of this chapter. |
