With the rapid development of the national economy, the dependability and security of supplying power network are required for the consuming power equipment, which needs to monitor all kinds of operation parameters of the power network in real time and prevents the power consuming equipment failure caused by power supply quality and production accident according to the running quality of the data analysis power network measured.The standard of the power quality made China has the following several respects mainly: voltage deviation frequency deviation, harmony content, voltage fluctuation and flicker, uneven in voltage three-phase. All these factors probably cause power consuming equipment failure and production accident.The application of wavelet transform and Flourier transform in power quality monitoring especially introduced. Through the analysis one dimension wavelet transform in succession, the dispersed wavelet transform and the two-dimension wavelet transform, using jwavelet transform of Mallat analyses turning voltage into flicker signal and provides the artificial picture. In the same time, using Fast Flourier transform analyses harmonic of power system.On this basis, based on DSP intelligent electric monitoring instrument is designed. This monitoring instrument can monitor power quality online and carry on communication with the location going to machine. In the hardware, the respect to provide some circuit diagram is designed; in the software, it has Gather module, data processing module, calculation module, communication module in data, the keyboard and display module, etc.Anti-interference technology is proposed in chapter five, which points out that the source of interference and how to restrain interfering mainly.
