At present embedded system has been widely applied to many fields such as national defense, electronic production, network communication and industrial control, because of its remarkable characters of small volume, better performance, low power consumption, high reliability and facing to trade application. In the past, plenty of 8-bit microcontroller unit' s application is only the elementary phase of embedded system. With the coming of Internet age, the application of 32-bit microprocessor unit will become mainstream in the advanced embedded system. Microprocessor unit based on ARM kernel is one sort of RISC chip with higher performance, lower power consumption.This paper regards the 32 ARM microprocessor as the developing platform of the hardware and μC/OS-Ⅱ as the software developing platform. It has described the development course of the embedded system in detail and designs the dynamic simulation pilot system of the underwater vehicle. This paper has done the detailed discussion to the software of the system and the design of the hardware key module. This system has the best performance in either hardware or software especially in μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system and the use of C language. This paper regards Labview as the software developing platform at the end and offers another kind of method with which the parameters of the underwater vehicle are gathered.
