There are many multi-holes connection structures in the aeronautical engineering, they are charged with transferring force. Always, they have a few cracks because of they being manufactured or fitted or fatigued, these will lead to reducing their intensity, indeed the structures will be destroyed. Now, the safety of multi-cracks damage question is a extreme matter of concerning of the aeronautical engineering, Specially in crack point stress intensity factor solution aspect, Until now it is lack from the analysis method to the data result. We consider non-linear contact between the bold and the conjunctional board; use ANSYS software to mesh the structure ; write a software about connecting the calculative software of calculating stress intensity factors and ANSYS; perfect the calculative software of calculating stress intensity factors; We build reasonable models, calculate stress intensity factors of two holes with two cracks, two holes with four cracks, four holes with six cracks and so on. We provide reliable, feasible finite element method and the analysis way for multi-holes connection structure with multi-cracks, discusses crack point stress intensity factor mutual influence rule of multi-holes connection structure with multi-cracks, provides the calculated curve, The computed result may take this kind of structure damage allowance analysis the reference.
