The stage characteristics of the fan and compressor in the non-stall region are obtained before and after the inlet guide vanes of the fan and the guide vanes and the first and the second stators of the high-pressure compressor blade resetting by compress system stage-by-stage model and stage-stacking method. A new model of predicting the stage characteristics of the fan and compressor of a turbofan engine in the stall region is developed using the in-stall test data about multistage axial compressor. The stage-by-stage cell control volume model of the engine compressor system is more perfect in the thesis. The dynamic response model and simulation method.of enlarging stable working region by using aerodynamic stability factors are developed, the cell control volume model is used in the whole turbofan engine, and combined with the engine components matching technology. Applying the developed models and the stage characteristics of the fan and compressor, the process to expanding the engine stable working range instantaneously by aerodynamic stability factors is analyzed and the surge prevention system laws and characteristic of the engine are confirmed finally.
