Along with the high-tech development and the appearance of modern military thoughts, the mode of warfare has changed dramatically. Remote-striking, Remote-suppressing and precise-hitting became the popular trend of weapon evolution, so the design of guided rocket has been the imperative under this situation. Guided rocket will improve the precision of shoot and enhance the shoot range. The low-cost strap-down inertial navigation system based on fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) can serve as the ideal platform to fulfill the goal mentioned above.According to the disadvantage of high noise, low precision, and instability of zero offset presented by the domestic FOG, this paper proposes a integrated method of error-compensation based on a serious of analysis, ratiocination, and experiment. Making the fiber optic inertial navigation system to meet precision of the weapon system is the object of this paper, so the content of this paper is the following:1. Analysis the excellence, principle and development of FOG.2. According to the inner structure of the inertial navigation system, the error source of system is deeply studied, and the special element is added to decrease the influence of vibration and magnetic disturb.3. Respectively utilize Il'R filter and wavelet transformation method to de-nosing, and the advantage of the later is verified by the experiment data.4. Based on the error model of three-axis gyroscope, a close-looped multi-iteration calibration method is presented to compensate the scale factor and the error angle.5. Least error square algorithm is used to compensate the temperature influence on the zero offset of the FOG, and the temperature influence on the scale factor is compensated by the BP neural network arithmetic.6. Calibrate the zero position, the scale factor and the error angle of accelerometer by the 9-position method. The proper error-compensation method is adopted based on the temperature error model of the accelerometer.
