Reliability is one of the most important indices to evaluate the quality of product. It has become a most popular research direction. With the development of research, people begin to realize that there exist not only randomness but also fuzziness in practical problems. Optimization design apply best optimization theory and computer to designing domain, for engineering design provide an important science design method. Mechanic fuzzy reliability optimization design is optimization analysis about many kind of fuzzy factor in mechanic engineering optimization problem. This article has studied fuzzy reliability and optimization design. Applying fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy technology to mechanic design area. Analysing fuzzy reliability calculation formula under mechanic fuzzy habitus. Advising simplicity and expediency definition mode about membership function of fuzzy strength, completing fuzzy reliability calculation theory. So establishing fuzzy reliability optimization design mode under fuzzy reliability restriction conditions. It has changed fuzzy reliability optimization design into general reliability optimization design through fuzzy generalization judging.
