The airborne OTH target indication radar for ship born helicopter not only provides relay guidance and longer range, but also improves the missile attack accuracy. Combined with the task requirements of radar ,the paper provides the simple mission requirements of OTH target indication radar, and analyzes and discusses the implementation plan and feasibility and effectiveness analysis as using type B2 radar as OTH target indication radar. Based on this and combined with the research results and mature technique of ×× Research Institute in Nanjing, the paper provides type Bl radar as the mission requirement radar and provides in detail the implementation plan and feasibility and effectiveness analysis of the improvement type radar (type B2). The paper provides in detail the design thought and plan of the type B2 radar from every aspect of radar mission, general electric plan, general structure plan and improvement plan.Type A ship needs an advanced digital short wave communication network for its operation in medium and long distance. Combined with the task requirements of communication, the paper provides the simple mission requirement of medium and long distance short wave communication net, and discusses in detail the implementation plan of combining type C1 and C2 short wave radio into an advanced short wave communication net. the paper also provides in detail the design thought and plan of the communication net from every aspect of mission, constitution, general plan and etc..
