As a kind of new wind tunnel balance, Magnetic Suspension Balance System (MSBS) becomes more and more remarkable in aeronautics and astronautics field, which can provide experiment data without the disturbance of brackets. To meet the tunnel experiments' request of high precision data, it's necessary to introduce new control methods to MSBS to improve the control precision, which means to acquire more exact electromagnetic field model of MSBS, that is, to acquire not only the variable rules between electromagnetic field and the model's pose, but also the rules between electromagnetic field and the current density in the coils. As a validity and common method, more and more attention is paid to Finite Element Analysis in engineering and technology field. Based on the MSBS' electromagnetic field's model, using ANSYS, this paper firstly analyzes the 2D electromagnetic field of MSBS' lifting, yawing, axes electromagnetic field separately. And we obtain not only the law between electromagnetic force and the model's pose but also the law between electromagnetic force and current density under the same pose; what's more, this paper also fits polynomial to the data which are obtained in analysis. Those rules have been proved in experiments. Then the 3D electromagnetic field analysis is given to validate the 2D analysis results. This paper also analyzes the 2D electromagnetic filed of EMS mid-to-low speed maglev train in NUDT, the result accords to the experiments. At the last of this paper, dynamics and kinematics analysis is given, which is based on the model's coordinates rather than on the ground coordinates.Result shows that it can give a foundation for improving the control and calibration of MSBS, which will do help to the design of MSBS' structure and lay a good foundation for the dynamics and kinematics simulation in the following research on the MSBS.
