Undoubtedly, it is one of the comparatively effective ways to the training which crew carried on the simulator. In this respect, U.S.A. , Britain have already developed the corresponding products, and carry on application in a lot of countries and regions. In the course of research of this project, lay particular emphasis on the demand for the operating aspect and give consideration to other respects mainly, make effort to demand to combine the operation characteristic and practical operation of the LPG ship together, set up corresponding model to carry on research. It is correspond to reality LPG ship systematic emulation of demand train the software of training to develop.Through system testing, the simulator result of this system is accurate, the developing successfully of this project, to improve teaching level and manipulative ability and operation skill which improves students educated in navigation, haveimportant realistic meanings, contribute to the training and renewal of knowledge of the seaman of our country at the same time.First, the paper introduce the development overview of the domestic and international LPG carriers, shipping simulation's current situation and application, many kinds of liquefied gas and liquefied gas ship; Key device to all-freeze LPG carrier — reliquefaction plant's type and function do the brief narration; Secondly .reply to a typical cascade type reliquefaction device is it have exergy analysis, have a certain help to improving the performance of the device, and has made the analysis of performance and mathematics model to the main component of reliquefaction device; Have do more detailed numerical simulation to the cargo compartment of the liquid, calculated its hot load, then choose the corresponding reliquefaction device from International Gas Company (LGI ); Finally, this paper make simulation of physics for LPG ship's basic operation— inerting, purging, pre-cooling, loading, sailing, discharging by VB and PHOTOSHOP.
