The stability analysis of the rock mass and soil body in the slope circumstance is an important problem in the rock mass and soil body engineering and many engineering fields are involved in it, so the stability analysis of slope circumstance is an important problem in Soil project of environmental rock .The method of assurance coefficient is a kind of conventional evaluation method , the design conditions , design indexes and parameters are fixed, but some indeterminacy of parameters of rock soil nature are neglected, this is discrepancy with the reality. So reliability analytical method is introduced to analyze the stability of slope , the factors of uncertainty are graduated considered in the way of probability, so the security of slope is reflected externally and quantiflcationally. First, the fundamentals of slope reliability is represented in this article(for example, certain landslide in Xi ning city ), the ultimate state balance equation was founded in the way of arc Swedish as the premise of reliability calculating. Besides, program was worked out, the slope reliability analytical methods was calculated in the viture of Center point JC and Fiessler, through comparing, it turned out that the method of Fiessler is simpler more applied and convenient.Afterward, the stability of certain landslide in Xi ning city was analyzed in the way of reliability analytical method, open out mainly as this: the immanent contact of the variability of soil parameters in slope model and reliability indexes; the effection of equalizing value; the relations among reliability indexes and damage probability and safety factor and so on.In addition, the selective methods of support programs and slope classifications were summed up. Then , AHP was utilized to analyze the choice of slope supported program factors , based on the research findings of slope treating, the basic methods of feasible program accessment was given, the accessment principle was brought forward, the category architecture of factors of affecting slope support program and attribute of weight system, were set up. Scheme of factor signify was to prop up, the implementation method arranged in an order in feasible scheme optimum seekingwere provided. Finally , the essay control with Xi'ning city some landslide project as example , proved this method use for optimum seeking control the dependability of the scheme.
