Roller chain is a type of important moving parts. Drill the spreading of machine to move the system inside in the petroleum, chain drive of diesel engine to the car is belong to typical model the work to roller chain at high speed. Domestic common roller chain can normally work at mid-speed or low-speed area.But, roller chain made in china is tailed at high speed. Therefore,it is necessary that steady effcet of the system of roller chain at high speed is increased and noise is lowed. This also now a difficult and hot point of the study of roller chain.Author summarizes the research of roller chain at high speed and research works are given in the following.The paper induces and analyzes research method of the tooth, including Method line of the tooth theory,Envlopment theory, Camus theory, Circling cluster theory and so on.Based on the past theories,the new measure to deduce the chain wheel tooth equation of roller chain at high speed,Circling cluster and envlopment theory,is proposed by analyzing basic concept of equidistant curve and Willis theory.Following the presentation of drawing lessons from traditional roller chainof the change of stanza line distance. A new type of roller chain at high speed is given in the paper.The paper studies deeply structural characteristics, the change of stanza line distance,separation between plank and bore and so on.According to design requst of roller chain at high speed and the study ofHy--V0 tooth chain,the impossibility that Quasi-conjugage engagement theory isrealized by the engagement of roller chain at high speed from the aspect of theory is decribed.By the use of Circling cluster and Envlopment theory and flat surface sit-mark transformation theory, the chain wheel tooth equation of roller chain at high speed to match conjugage engagement is deduced.Establishing chain speed equation of roller chain at high speed,based on the analysis of the speed curves between roller chain at high speed and common roller chain,good drive of roller chain at high speed is verificated theoretically.By a example that move distance from transverse vibration between roller chain at high speed and common roller chain is contrasted,the accuracy of those theories that the paper brings up and higher functions of roller chain at high speed is proved.Finally, Establishing conjugage engagement line equation of roller chain at high speed and analyzing the complete engagement zone, the chain wheel tooth curve equation is studied at a higher degree. At the same time,the lack's place of the research result is pointed out.Contrast research between advantages and weakness of current popular typical experiment sets(including an open dint flow type of experiment set, a experiment set of double tight side, a close dint flow type of experiment set etc.),the application scope of each experiment set is definited clearly.Based on those researches,by mainly studying eqasi-dynamic experiment set of chain drive applying to super-speed test,cetaining targets of dynamic characteristics test for roller chain at high speed(mainly including super-speed steady,noise etc.),analyzing its test system and so on, a new type of dynamic experiment set of chain drive applying to super-speed test is designed.To sum up,the research results of the paper dies down "polygon effects" of roller chain drive ,increase super-speed steady of roller chain,lowers its noise,improves its drive quantity,obtains the expected research results and completes the research mission of the paper.
