The Hydraulic Drive Of Construction Machinery Have To Match The Diesel Engine Starting System

In recent 20 years, hydraulic technology is rapidly developed, in industry of the construction machinery, hydraulic drive is abroad to adopted. In this paper, the start process of hydraulic drive construction machinery is aimed at the theoretical analysis. When a machine with diesel, power divider and hydraulic pump starting, their principle of work and analysis of the bearing force are conducted. It brings forward a new and reasonable matching method between diesel and starting system in hydraulic drive construction machinery. It is validated that the new matching method is reasonable and correct by calculate and analysis the starting system of DT1300 multi-purpose paver. At the same time, it applies Matlab simulation software to modeling and simulating the start process, and educes ideal matching parameter. Then, it founds experiment model and processes experiment study. By analyzing experiment result, this paper validates and improves on the matching between diesel and starter and the matching among starter, storage cell and dynamotor. So designing start system of construction machinery with hydraulic drive can be more reasonable .At the same time ,the paper provides academic foundation for start system matching of diesel.
