Pavement asphalt mixture's aggregate design is one of important parts of project design, which influence the project directly.Choosing the aggregate design, the researcher mainly relies on experience. It's a experiment process based on experience, so the researcher who is lack of experience always feels puzzled .At the same time, mixture design is a job costs lots of time, labor and material. According to this situation, the article analyses aggregate random arrangement characteristic, based on VB, bonding software engineering, simulated aggregate's arrangement, gived visual-interface, and developed pavement mixture Aggregate Grade Visual Design system.The system realizes visual aggregate design, directly reflects different grade's different structure and helps the aggregate grade designer. At the same time, the system calculate plane void which is proved has dependency relation with VMA.By visual-interface and plane void, designer may judge grade's structure so as to select a better design. So the system can improve design's quality, reduce experiment's amount.
