Pile foundation is one of the most common foundations in building, It can get the ultimate load by static test while both the diameter and bearing of the pile capacity is small, as to the large diameter driven cast-in-place pile, sometimes the bearing capacity is as large as 15,000,000 Newton (such as this article), that it is impossible to load-on to the ultimate bearing capacity. This article uses a special load device, which can meet the meeting of bearing capacity absolutely. Together with the delicate stress and strain test instrument— sliding micrometer, it guaranteed the reliability of the testing data. This article analysis the result of testing data carefully and sufficiently and get some useful results, which is useful in judging the axial single pile's performance behavior and determining the bearing capacity of the pile.According to some insufficient data, and by the theory of grey theory, it can establish a of gray theory model (GM (1,1) model), which can be used in forecasting the testing pile's settlement. Applicated to a real engineering, we can find that the model meets well with the actual measurement, and the appraisal precision agree with the requirement too.Using the theory of Grey system the author established the different time steps GM (1,1) model the first time. Used it to an real engineering, we can find the appraisal result meets well with the actual measurement. The two established model can not only used in the large diameter pile, but also can be used for middle and small diameter piles.
