Melon Mountain Surrounding Rock Stability Monitoring Studies

The Dongguashan Mine is the Shizishan Mine's deep well mining .Because Dongguashan well mining is very deep, the tectonic stress is very higher, the ore body and surrounding rock be of rock burst. Therefore, controlling strata pressure and predicting the possible occurrence of rock burst have the very important project on the safety. For the effect on the control of strata pressure and prevention of rock burst, we need monitor in the mine engineer except the study and compute in the process of mine design.The research project is "The effective set up of rock burst and strata pressure monitoring system" in Dongguashan copper mine, the research outcome have applied for the monitor engineer, and has good effect on the monitor of stability of surrounding rock and prevention of rock burst .On the basis of the research work of the article the results can be deduced as follows:(1)Investigate engineering geology in the scope of mine, measure attitude of surrounding rock with the properties of fracture and the rock burst. Analyze the statistical research of joints, use my developing program and the polar stereographic projection 1.0 versions of strGraphPr designed by Northwest university, draw the joints contour diagram, assure the classification and property of the surrounding rock.(2) Design the monitoring network, put the stressometer and displacemeter into reasonable place .Thus acquire the date of stress and displace of surrounding rock(3)Design the program of database system of stress and displacement. Fit the date to the graph by Gray theory, and predict the stress of the surrounding rock then strike of displacement. Thus provide gist of stability of surrounding rock in tunnel and predict the possible occurrence of rock burst.(4) Analyzing the predicted date of Dongguashan by software and predictable method, we get good effect.
