| Anti-leakage grouting is a kind of construction technique, which using to enhance the anti-leakage ability of foundation. It is grouting in line holes which have sensible distance. Making the grouting body in every hole connected into a concrete anti-leakage wall like a curtain. Using the wall cuts off the leakage of foundation. So it was named curtain grouting in engeering.Karst area, especially the intensive karst developed area, the seepage action of rock mass is very strong. If we want to establish a dam or pool at this kind of area, only we have credible anti-leakage establishment can we guarantee the safety of construction and operation. So the treatment of the base rock, the leakage routeway around the reservoir is very important. And curtain grouting technique is a common and important method to dealing with rock mass of water conservancy architecture engineering.This paper studied the anti-leakage processing engineering of Hongjiadu hydropower station. Firstly, it introduces the grouting theory of purdah grouting technology, its character, principle and processing methods in karst area. Secondly, based on the geological study at the karst cavity of K40, this paper analysis its grouting technology index, such as the design of grouting hole, the grouting pressure, the length of grouting section, grouting material, ratio, the processing in special condition, the finish grouting standard and seal, the construction methods and its crafts flow. Thirdly, this paper studies the backfill methods and construction technology at the K40 carst cavity. Finally, this paper carefully analysis the grouting material, also check and analysis the engineering effect. The result proves that the used schemes of grouting technology and karst cavity backfill methods fit well with the requirement of engineering technique. |
