This dissertation is focused on the designing and implementing of single-phase on-line UPS, which aims to research on its industrial technologies and prepares theory and technological knowledge for its medium-sized and pint-sized application for precise electronic medical instruments.On-line UPS is the research core of this dissertation. According to the demands for digitizing, greening and high frequency, the topology of conventional single-phase bridge inverter is amended and triple converter single-phase on-line UPS is adopted. A pint-sized prototype which is based on the DSP and embedded RTOS is developed from the point of practical view.As the core of UPS, the inverter affects the entire performance. So the relationship between input and output of the UPS inverter is analyzed by using the switching function. A set of steady-state mathematical models for the inverter according to the theory of controlled source is also proposed. The equivalent circuit observing from input and output are created by applying the conception of two-port converter net. Furthermore, the influence of the internal DC source resistor, non-linearity of load and dead-band effectiveness is studied detailed. The output filter of inverter is designed. And the minimum signal model of main circuit is also presented by using State-Space averaging method. Then the stability of inverter system is studied.The UPS system is composed of input power factor controller, battery charger, battery voltage booster and output inverter. Each design of main circuit and corresponding controller is expounded. According to the performance index, the technical parameters of all components are selected. The process of design the UPS controller based on DSP is expounded detailed. The design scheme of clock circuit, memory-extended circuit, reset circuit, ADC circuit and power interface circuit are presented. The dissertation also analyse the anti-jamming measures.Finally, the dissertation analyse the characteristics of system software. Aiming at the system real-time commanding, the embedded real-timeoperating system— fiCIOS-II is imported. /xCIOS-II is transplanted to F2407 DSP according to its characteristics. The interrupt management > multitask management and message exchanging among tasks of on-line UPS based on juC/OS-II are realized. The program flow chart and code of main tasks are also presented.
