Bridge Concrete Continuous Box Girder Bridges Key Construction Technology Research

The Donghai Bridge is the first real meaning of sea-bridge in china. This paper was studied on the prefabricating and erecting 360 prepressed box-beams. One of these beams is more than 1650 ton in weight. The main contents studied in this paper is as follow.(1) Researching the performance under construction of the high performance concrete.(2) Prefabricating a 1650 ton prepressed box-beam only once.(3) Transporting the beams over 500 meter distance on the land.(4) Transporting and erecting the beams with a 2500 ton floating crane and other vessels on the sea.(5) Improving the method of accurate surve on the bridge construction. In this term, the theoretical analysis and simulated tests wereapplied, main results were verified and used in the construction. And the research results will be helpful to similar project in future.
