In chloride environment, chloride penetrates into concrete that will dispassivate the rebar in concrete and induces rebar corrosion. With corrodion developing, the volume expanding of corrosion product lead to cover cracking or spalling, a kind of durable failure. This paper bases on a background of "The Science Project of ShanDong—The Research on Concrete Durability(021120111)".Through investigation andanalyse of representative engineering exposed to chloride environment, the paper expatiates the mechanism of corrosion of steel bar and summarizes the models of chloride difusion, at the same time, the determination of model factors are analyzed. In this paper, the diffusion model is verified by a number of this engineering. Based on the knowledge calculus and numerical value analysis, practical calculating method is set up in this paper. The diffusion model is verified by a number of this engineering.(l)Diferential arithmetic is utilizd to set up the numerical value arithmetic of one-dimension difusion model of Cl- and two-dimension difusion model of Cl- .Writing Matlab procedure and validating by an engineering instance.(2) Mathematical model of the difusion coefficient of Cl is set up.The dates are coming from investigation, so the resulte has veracity.And you can accomplish calculating by looking up table.(3) Based on the calculating method of least error, the thickness of Cl- on the surface of concrete can be obtained from the equation.(4)Traditional model is transformed and its anti-model is set up, which makes the calculation of beginning corrosion time of steel very easy.(5)After being reinforced, the influence of Cl in former concrete would be calculated in C0.(6)The paper suggests some metheds which could get engineing reinforcement more sutibale in chloride environment. |
