| The distributed control system is a high and new- technology including the computer, control, network and CRT technology. It has some excellent characters such as the powerful control capability, simple operation and high reliability. So, it is used in the industry especially in the power industry. Because the system of power plant is a complicated system, it is necessary use the distributed control system to control it. According to the requirement of South-East Power Design Institute ,the author completed the distributed control system based on the 4×600MW unit of Yunnan Diandong new power plant, cooperated with Nanjing Siemens Power Plant Automation Ltd.In this paper, some control systems are designed in detail including unit control, fuel control, feed water control, air output control, induced draft fan control, main steam temperature control, deaerator pressure control, high water level control, axis compacting pressure control, deaerator water level control. All the control systems are based on the traditional control theory, the high performance industry control network and the I/O modules.The distributed control system is reliable, supermatic and easy to be configured, used and extended. At the same time, the redundancy technology is used in the system and also it has self-diagnostic function. |
