| The electric point switch is an important electrical signal equipment that is often used in train system. It gets power from a electromotor, changes its velocity via retarder and shift the opening direction of the fork, and reflect the situation position. The portable electric point switch tester is one test equipment that is specially used to test the electric point switch on the spot, the measuring objects are the output power and the electric machine current in the working process of the electric point switch.This thesis firstly analyzes the design specification of the electric point switch based on ARM, including the accuracy of the equipment and its various application functional purposes. And then puts forward the overall design plan of the tester: the equipment is divided into three arrangements, including hardware circuit level, interface level and software application level, realize the design of hardware circuit, driver program and functional software in course.In the design of this thesis, the tester applies time-interrupt to ensure the measuring objects is measured in real time and effectively;uses μC/GUI to make a friendly graph user interface;realizes the input of word information by software, including the input of number, letter and Chinese characters;owns FAT16 file system, which makes it do data traffic through USB interface with PC as a Flash Disk.It has been approved that the accuracy of the designed tester matches the prescript of required technological standard. It can finish the measurement to the measuring objects in real time, and keep measured wave form undistorted. It also achieves all the required functions. |
