Turbine blade, one of the high-heat components in the turbine engine, faced to the high temperature gas which was far beyond to the temperature limit of metallic stuffs. So it needed plenty cooling-air to transmit heat and to form the cool-film. But this carried much aerodynamic loss. This paper, based on the experimentation of plant cascade, was to investigate the reason and mechanism of aerodynamic loss on the max process.The experimented scheme contained cooling-air injection from the leading-edge, from the pressure face of blades, from the suction face of blades and from trail edge. To research the cooling-air flow effect for the cascade flow configuration, the boundary layer and so on.The result showed injection from leading edge increased the aerodynamic loss of turbine cascade, and the amount of coolant air flow added, the loss was also increasing;injection from pressure side or suction side of blade both affected the trailing loss, the coolant air didn't have any influence to the stall pressure distribution on the blade surface, just to impact the location pressure around the coolant air holes;the nephogram of pressure distribution in the blade cascade flow showed the program of the secondary whorl birth.
