Basing on a certain aero-engine, this paper studies the methodologies of modeling, general fuzzy logic control and some improved fuzzy logic control of an aero-engine, designs the aero-engine' s general fuzzy control system, self-organized fuzzy control system, fuzzy-PID dual model control system, variable universe fuzzy control system and decoupled fuzzy control system, and simulates them in MATLAB.The aero-engine general fuzzy control system is simple in design, but is low in control precision, and is difficult to meet the need of high control precision of an aero-engine;Self-organized fuzzy control system simplifies the design of general fuzzy control system further, and raise its control precision by introducing an adaptive weight factor between error and error rate;By compounding general fuzzy control and PID control, a fuzzy-PID dual model controller is constructed, and using the ability of eliminating static error of PID' s integral loop, it raises the aero-engine' s control precision, and meets the control need of the aero-engine;Variable universe fuzzy control is a way of adaptive fuzzy control, as its universe changes with error, it can eliminate the system' s static error, and can meet the control need of the aero-engine better.In the end, the paper discusses and studies decoupled fuzzy control of the aero-engine, and describes the improvement direction and unresolved problems of fuzzy control system' s design of the aero-engine.In view of the existing problem of general fuzzy control, by introducing the improved fuzzy control, it has met the performance need of the aero-engine basically. The result of research indicates that, self-organized fuzzy controller, fuzzy-PID dual model controller and variable universe fuzzy controller can be applied to the control ofaero-engine.
