Water exist in every biologic system. It is be of great importance to research the rule of water act, which help to reveal the characters of cellular system and interact between the cell and the environment, and how aqueous molecules influence the structure of protein. Paper applied the infrared spectrum technology on detection of cellular water, and for the first time the designation of cellular pipe for arraying the cells single by single was proposed. Measuring the amount of water in single cell nondestructively is realized.Through research of the nondestructive detection methodology of cellular water, the infrared spectroscopy experimental prototype is developed. The instrument consists of three parts: the signal capture system, the cell array system and the data processing system. The signal capture system adopts the diode lasers as the infrared source, and the transmitted photocurrent is detected by an HgGrTe photodiode;low noise amplifier and data acquisition card are used in order to analyzed on PC. The testing results fit the demand. The cell array system makes up of the cellular pipe, the vacuum chamber and the micro vacuum pump. Mallat pyramidal algorithm wavelet analysis were used for restraining the signal noise, which decomposition and reconstruction coefficients are Daubechies' compactly supported filter coefficients. The trace water and the more water contents situation were discussed respectly, then the mathematic models on infrared spectrum of cellular water based on least-square and BP neural networks were discussed. The results show that the correlative coefficients between the chemical analysis value and the IR predicated value of the component of the sample was 0.952.Paper also presents a new micro cooler for the HgGrTe photodiode which has not piston. The classical Karnaugh thermodynamic cycle, and a new bellows as compressor replace the tradition piston were applied and designed. The new micro cooler we presents has advantages of no leakage, and no need of lubricating oil. Our conclusion is that this new micro cooler has stabler performance, higher efficiency and is apt to microminiaturized.
