By analyzing the situations of the fault separating equipment home and abroad, aiming at the pratical aplicatlon of automatization in distribute transmit line . A fault separating equipment of transmit line in distribute is researched and developed.This paper discussed the fault peculiarties of three-phase, two-phase and single-phase to ground in distribute transmit line. And it emphasized on testing single —phase to ground of power system with floating neutral and separating fault of distribute. Established the mathematics model of testing short circuit and single —phase to ground fault in transmit line. Designed hardware and software. Equipmet have been did simulative reperimenf and tesed precision.
