First, the vacuum sensor suitable for vacuum degree on-line measurement in the vacuum interrupter is devised by the researches on Panning discharge. Then the vacuum sensor is calibrated, and also the corresponding curve which indicates that the vacuum degree respond to the current of the electric discharge is got. Next, the control mode of on-line measurement is devised for the purpose of on-line measurement in a vacuum interrupter and the concision utility. Also, a system of vacuum degree on-line measurement in a vacuum interrupter is built. Finally, the accuracy of the vacuum degree on-line measurement system is test and verified by the mode of contrast, and the capability of resistance to interference is test by imitated the running condition.
