| To rocket launch site, 'Non-Equipment' is a big problem that operators often confront with, so a set of 'launch vehicle simulation system' for training is needed impendency. 'launch vehicle numerical simulation system', a training oriented program, will fill this urgent requirement well. Some achievements of this simulation program were described in this paper.Based on MATLAB/Simulink, mathematical models for propellent and telemetry systems were constructed by block diagram language. After constructed the numerical model of each main component, the block diagrams representation of propellent & telemetry system were made up of those models.The propellent system is the only power resource of launch vehicle. It is composed of tank dome, gas generator & turbopump, thrust chamber. All block diagrams representation of these key components formed the propellent simulation. The resulting block diagram can simulate pressure, flux and rev in difference part of liquid rocket engine.With telemetry system, critical flight data is transmitted to flight test engineers at a ground station where results are viewed in real time or analyzed within seconds of the maneuver. There are six key part in telemetry system, including encoder, center programmer, add white gauss noise channel, receive equipments, sensor and safety component. Based on this model database, telemetry model can be constructed and simulate the whole process of data gathering, encoding, modulating, sending, receiving, demodulating and decoding.It is demonstrated that this simulation system is efficiency to simulate and match the need of training. The research in this paper also built a foundation to numerical system for malfunction-diagnoses in the future. |
