Along with bridge technical development, super grow to across path is more and more emergence with the bridge of the high pier. These structures all belong to the wind sensitivity structure, as a result the wind load carries to become the main loads that controls its structure design to carry. Especially because of the wind load carry to distribute under the influence of the structure pattern very big, be like Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge to be start construction stage of the structure pattern changed continuously, as a result the wind load carry of distribute also at constantly the occurrence variety, so it is necessary to research the wind load of the Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge with High Pier and Large Span in order to insure it to be starting construction with the safety. This paper introduced the disaster that the recent years caused by the wind load first, especially the example of the bridge damage caused by the wind load presses a function, putting forward carrying on the necessity of this paper research. Look back immediately after domestic and international research present condition carried to the wind load, the end introduced in detail the calculation theories of average wind load. With the Shannxi luohe bridge for the engineering background, combine wind tunnel test, the paper studies the factor of wind load in various return periods and the influence of the factor of wind load in different stages of construction. With the method of numerical simulation, the paper simulates the luohe bridge at the Longest Cantilever Construction Stage in the FLUENT procedure in order to compare the factor of wind load with experiment result. Further the paper studies the interference effects between the two-way separated bridges, considered of the distance of the two-way separated bridges and the wind angle.
