Along with the development of society, geological disasters such as landslide, collapse and debris flow are get more and more attention because of the scale and time of their influence. These geological disasters have their own occurrence and development rules; at the same time they have some kinds of relationship. It is very important to recognize and research the relationship among them to prevent and reduce the disasters.Located at east of Jinan city, Yanchi Mountain is becoming prosperous and recreational district along with the implementation of new layout of government. However, some slots take place because of mining and other activities. From 1988, the mountain body collapsed several times at partial district. These years, a great deal of mineral and building, daily life garbage are heaped at the hillside. At the same time, some instable slopes caused by excavation of construction are becoming the hidden trouble of geological disaster. In this paper, application of transfer coefficient method and Sarma method in the stability computation are summed up. Combined with engineering investigation of Yanchi Mountain, with measured data, stability of the mountain is computed. At the same time, stability of representative part is calculated by finite element method, the result is similar as result of transfer coefficient method, Sarma method and measured data.
