In this article, doped PANI was synthesized by emulsion and micro-emulsion polymerization, the best reaction and polymerization condition was summarized and the conductivity was determined by the four-point probe meter; Moreover, PANI composite electrodes were made by physical and electrochemical methods and the manufacturing technology and the characteristics were studied; At the end, electrodes were checked using the cyclic voltammograms (CVs)testing system and the electrochemical cycling life testing system; To have more comprehensive performance researches of the new prepared electrodes, we assembled all solid-state electrochemical capacitors on the basis of previous studies. And we also developed the electrochemical capacitors sufficient charge-discharge testing system for the performance of the all solid-state capacitors, and got the quite ideal results. It was discovered that, the micro-emulsion polymerization could get PANI of better conductivity; Through testing of the prepared electrodes by the way of electrochemical cyclic voltammograms (CVs) and the charge-discharge performance researches, it was obtained that under the best electrochemical polymerization conditions, the specific capacity of the prepared electrodes achieved 104.6 F/g at the current density of 5mA·cm-2; And through testing of the prepared all-solid electrochemical capacitors, the coulomb efficiency still achieved 50% after 100 times of cycles. The PANI electrodes were made by the union of aluminum foil and polyaniline, and then the electrodes were assembled to form the all-solid state electrochemical capacitors, which would become one of main research directions of the all — solid state electrochemical capacitors.
