The existence of transmission tube usually causes pressure signal distortion in the weapon pressure measurement. First of all, the paper has inferred three kinds of theoretical models of round transmission tube, and compared with each other. According to the characteristics of the weapon system pressure signal, the dissipative model is selected as the theoretical model in this paper. Then, it has built the mathematics model of transmission tube's pressure dynamic characteristics using Trikha's one rank inertial model, and compiled corresponding program under the LabVIEW developing environment. At the same time the dynamic effect of many tube's parameters for transmission are simulated. Accordingly many factors that influence the pressure veracity through transmission tube are found. Then the paper has designed a set of transmission tube experiment equipment aiming at length and diameter. And based on this set of equipment, it has carried on a series of experiments to the different length and diameter transmission tube, obtained the corresponding experimental result, and then carried on the analysis with the simulation result. Considered both the simulation and the experiments, the paper put forward many noticeable problems in the process of designing the transmission tube. Finally the paper has compiled the dynamic error's revise program of transmission tube under the LabVIEW developing environment, and tested the effect using the experiment data before. The result indicates that the effect of this program is remarkable.
