This thesis is about the HWIL of smart bomb.According to the requirement of HWIL,the author designs a target simulator and it's control system.First,the author designs the mechanical structure of target simulator with a type of two axes crossed-shaped trestle for whole structure, rope-wheel and roll-guide for motion.Then introduce the control system for the movement of target simulator.The system is a typical on-limits numerical control system,contains a IPC and a control card with main-second type.The hardware system that composed by MPC02 card,Panasonic AC servo motors and their drivers was mainly discussed.The author programs programe for soft control too.In the end of this paper,some research about PWM VF timming for AC motor and it's emulation with MatLAB.
