A new method is put forward to calculate the uniformity of magnetic field, which is suitable for the fuse muzzle induction setting system in high-speed, short-distance information transmitting technology. The distinct advantages of this method in calculating the effect of induction setting system on the distribution of transmitting coil magnetic field is studied. And then the transmitting coil of higher degree of uniformity is designed, which effectively improved the reliability of induction setting system.Directed at the high degree of reliability demanded of the project and based on the in-depth study of magnetic field finite element analysis method, the finite element model of two dimensional axial symmetry magnetic field is set up. And further analysis is made on the model. Dealing with the study of the flux of the receiving coil, a new method is put forward to calculate the uniformity of magnetic field, which resolved the problem in calculating the uniformity of the distribution of transmitting coil magnetic field in the induction system. With this method and the software ANSYS, the uniformity of magnetic field of several types of axial symmetry coil has been accurately worked out. Furthermore, the transmitting coil of higher degree of uniformity has been designed, which is applicable to induction system.The effects of different media and their sizes on the distribution of transmitting coil magnetic field are studied, on the basis of which the structure of the induction system device has been improved and the ideal results have been achieved. The degree of reliability has been developed to a higher standard.Meanwhile, discussion is made on the shielding of the system, especially the effect of the design of shielded enclosure on the distribution of coil magnetic field, which provides valuable analysis results.
