Because it has a lot of advantages such as big power and far firing distance, projectile weapon got the widespread application in military. And the qualitative characteristic parameters of projectile (include mass, center of mass, partiality distance, partiality angle, moment of inertia of projectile and so on) have the close relationship with the Aerodynamic characteristic, movement characteristic, interior and exterior ballistics performance, so we usually need to test those parameters in the process of manufacture and production of the projectile weapon.In this topic, we need to design a set of intergrated test system with high accuracy, and we can test the qualitative characteristic parameters on a single test pedestal. It mainly designed the hardware and the software parts of the intergrated test system in this article. Firstly, it introduced the testing principle and realization method of the quantity characteristic parameter in detail in this article. Then, it introduced the hardware part of the test system, which include the choosing of the sencor, the designing of the signal regulator circuit to test the mass, center of mass, partiality distance, partiality angle, the chronometry circuit to test the moment of inertia, the communication circuit between the PC and testing instruments by using USB (universal serial bus), the power circuit and so on. Then it introduced the software part of the test system, which include the designing of the main programme writing by instrument programming language LabWindows/CVI and the vice programme of MCU (Micro Controller Unit) writing by the assembly language. Finally, the quantity characteristic parameter test experiment proves that the design achieved the requirement.
