The turned tower which is in the laser correspondences system of the satellite and airplane is a close box, in the box the laser center wave length determination ambient temperature is15(?) 25?, the narrow band optics light filter determination ambient temperature is15(?) 25(?), Optical system primary device when temperature change±3℃basically does not receive affects, therefore in the turned tower the temperature control target is 20℃+3℃. The system basis working condition uses the overall temperature control and the local temperature control technology.This thesis main research overall temperature control.The overall temperature control was used in the tower's temperature control, it causes turret temperature control in the value and for the tower in which prearranges the equipment provides the constant temperature environment. Because in the tower has the non-linearity, time changes, has the over modulation, the noise jamming, has characteristic and so on pure time delay, to this kind of process establishment precise mathematical model is extremely difficult, therefore the classics PID control theory in the temperature control obtains the good control effect with difficulty in the turret. This thesis proposed in the classics PID control theory foundation improves Smith the estimate algorithm—integral separation sectional type anti- saturated PID position control algorithm, reduced has been over, enhanced linear, largely reduced the static error, in good realization turret overall temperature control.
