According to conclusions in the 《study on device and method of aseismic design in highway bridges》 and the idea of measurement against seismic basing on the shocking intensity and two-step design shown in the updated 《highway bridges aseismatic standards》 ,the paper analysis the mode of the aseismic design bridge(located at the K27+305.46 piles in the expressway spanned from Xi'an to Huxian county) with lead rubber bearings and wider extension slot.Three level shocking earthquake induced responses between the bridge with aseismic design and the comparative bridge without aseismic design are compared respectively.In additionally, the mode testing process of aseismic design bridge with lead rubber bearings is presented. Test on the aseismic design bridge, carried out in-site, verifies the calculation. In conclusion, the responses of the bridge with aseismic design much less than that of comparative one.
