The three-phase voltage source PWM reversible rectifier is becoming interested in power electronics field because it has many excellent characteristics such as undistorted sinusoidal waveform, power factor, and bidirectional energy flow.This paper analyzes the principle of the voltage source PWM reversible rectifier in detail, and establishes the mathematical model in ABC and d q coordinate. From the point of view of control, the reversible converter's control ways are summarized and their features are pointed out.Then, this paper analyzes two kinds of control methods based on two-phase modulation: SVPWM and hysteretic current control. The method of predicted current control PI controller is given in this paper too. At the same time, several important parameters are analyzed, calculated and deduced in this paper. Using MATLAB simulation software, the thesis simulates and analyzes dynamic performance of control system, proving that two-phase modulation method can reduce the switching losses of the power electronic devices.At the same time, the thesis designs the PCB of the two-phase modulation SVPWM control system, and transplants control software program to have experiments on the prototype. The results prove the correction and applicability of the schemes. At last, the thesis analyzes some kinds of phenomenon of the prototype and draws the conclusion, all mention above make foundation to further researches. |
