The Paper belongs to the field of flow control and the question for discussion is from a part of the basic scientific research project "The study of the servo control technology of hydro-boundary layer using for aircraft's drug reduction" of the commission of science technology and industry for national defense. Designed the actuator using for the boundary layer control of liquid.1) According to interrelated articles, confirmed the parameters of Actuator, selected the Piezoceramic Stack actuator which made of piezoceramic used as the motion part of the Actuator, and accomplished the design of the Actuator. After machining, spliced the parts and finished the Actuator's facture.2) Programmed and debugged the periodic control program for the Actuator using the Direct SOFT Programming for PLC and triggered five different kinds of frequencies respectively by exterior input switches.3) Designed the exterior circuit for PLC, an on-off circuit which used the PLC's output signal as its input signal. Finished the PCB's design using PROTEL. Confirmed the parameters of the components of the PCB by computation. After the PCB's fabrication, jointed the components to the PCB. Connected signal source to the PCB, and checked the PCB's performance using oscillograph. Connected the PLC with the exterior circuit and made them work together, checked the whole control system with oscillograph again.4) Connected the control part with the Actuator to form a whole system. After electrifying, recorded the run-time result by the Automatic Measurement and Control System.5) Under the control system's operation, the surface of the actuator could produce a traveling wave with its wavelength of 24mm and frequency of 50Hz and the swing of 30 μm. The frequency and the wavelength could be adjusted.
