The chair modeling was put up with the PRO/Engineering software. The modeling includes the chair structure and manikin and damping apparatus. In the static comfort, it was analyzed about the dimension of the chair and external quality. It was successful in ergonomics design and evaluation of human workspace after the study and simulation of human reach zones view. It brought forward some improved ideas with the system of ergonomics.The simulation and research were done with the ADAMS software. In the different road surface, it can gain the vertical acceleration by the change of the elasticity and the damp. The comfort of people can be judged by the numerical value of vertical acceleration. The result verifies that the chair is frequency stable and comfortable and suitable to the fixed of infantry fighting vehicle.
