This paper is to design a new type intelligent controller aiming at a servo system of some model rocket launcher , taking the advantage of the neural-network superiority in the non-linear system control, this paper compounds CMAC Neural Network and PID control to replace the common used PID controller .The control structure and algorithm were presented . The intelligent control algorithmic is programmed using C++ language after the controller have been designed . In order to detecting system, an implementation pattern of a kind of platforms for detecting the performance of control algorithms of servo systems is presented in this paper. The architecture of the systems' hardware, operation principles and some significant implementation schemes are introduced. According to the results of the simulation and experiments, the proposed control method is insensitive to the time-varying .external disturbance and uncertainty of parameters for the system and has good generalizing property, adaptability and robustness. It is also suitable to other electricity-hydraulic servo system . It has the high quality of static-dynamic performance and restrain the infection to system performance under hard circumstances like large inertia variety load and the huge change of the torsion.
