With the fast development of modern war, ammunition is gradually improving into high accuracy, high intelligence and high credibility. Many countries studied the intelligence ammunition on the base of the conventional ammunition. This thesis researches the control system of the W86 type 120 mm high explosive mortar bomb.Based on the structure and principle of the mortar, combining the intelligence control technique, the thesis adopted many new materials and new technique, such as TMS320LF2407A DSP, the position-sensorless control for BLDCM, and so on.Firstly, the thesis designed the system project, aerodynamic configuration, nub and actuator driving device; selected actuator, decelerator, feedback system and central controller. Afterwards, it studied the method of the position-sensorless control for BLDCM based on back-EMF, and built up the system mathematical model and simulation. Then, according to the result of simulation, it defined various control parameters, and designed the system hardware electric circuit, and draw the electric circuit diagram. Then it made the experiment to show the influence of the bootstrap-capacitor and the fast recovery diode upon the system. Lastly, on the base of a few useful controllers' analysis, it studied the increment PID algorithm, the principle and algorithm of Bemf zero crossing point detection, the variable frequency activation of the position-sensorless control for BLDCM, the reverse control, then designed the control software.
