This paper is based on the simulation of a certain kind of aircraft Power supply System which is performed by using MATLAB, and it discussed the method of how to modle a complicated system.Firstly, this paper introduces the whole structure of the aircraft power supply system.The models of power system elements, including generators and loads, are analyzed in detail. The influences of generator model and load models and the interrelation between them on the system transient stability are emphatically discussed. Then the method of system modeling and simulation is established. Simulating the generated parts is the key to the aircraft Power supply System simulation.According to the analysis of basic operation principle of the generators and the method of micro-increment and segmented linearization, the mathematical models of the generated part of the system is founded. Secondly, the simulation models of generated part, hydraulic pressure system, quiescent converter and radar are developed by using SIMULINK which is a software package supplied by MATLAB and can be used to simulate and analyze a dynamic system. According to link up the integrant models of the system and simulated the whole system, this paper analyzed the simulation results in detail. Lastly, the module of the simulation software and the interface between VB and MATLAB are discussed.It is indicated in the result that the simulation of system can truly reflect the dynamic and static performances of the power supply system and the simulation software has high reliability and good stability. It is valuable for application in practice. It is useful to analyze and design aircraft Power supply System. The work of this dissertation has presented a new idea and method for the simulation of the aircraft power supply systems.
