The capability of atomizer is important for combustor and aeroengine. The two-phase (gas and liquid) flow of atomizer interior, which was used in combustor, was simulated using VOF method. The 3-D numerical simulation obtained distributing of air-fluid, export speed and spray angle, that confirmed theory analysis. Get spray angle based on the distributing of export speed. It is analysed the relationship between velocity of inlet and spray angle which is also account from outlet speed. Compared simulation result with experimentation result and analysed the reason of phenomenon.Gave a brief introduction about the basic concept and characteristic of Machine Vision; According to the manual measured method, image detection method based on the virtual instrument techniques and computer vision inspection were given in this paper; system involving lighting, CCD camera, Image acquisition etc a are discussed in this paper; image pre-processing has linear filtering and image enhancement of image histogram equilibria.Image detection method based on segmentation method, edge detection and fitting with straight line were given in this paper. Applying automatic multilevel threshold in image segmentation method; using operator of Canny to carry on edge detection; fitting with straight line of minimum square for edge pixels. Got slope of the line and spray angle from mathematic relation.
