| A kind of aviation motor testing system based on the virtual instrument which including testing mainly is devised in this paper based on the wide understanding of the acquired technical methods and mature theory about the motor testing and the deep studying of LabVIEW and PCI busThis system was related to data acquision technology, computer technology, modern control, and measure technique, Hardware configuration was achieved, the software was developed. For the requirement of system hardware design, the data acquisition card was used to measure electric machine, digital torque-rotary transducer,current sensor, and LM135 temperature sensor , with satisfied reliability and accuracy were used to complete data acquisition, magnetic powder brake was used to accomplish electric machine loading. Making use of LabVIEW and Visual C++'s advantages in data acquisition ,data processing, curve fitting, friendly interface in the software design ,it realized electric machine controlling and measuring in different work stations, important parameter testing and recording, data calculating .loading controlling, data storing and so on.After being tested in the practice ,it manifests that manipulation of the system is convenient, it shows the flexible and easyup grading characters of the virtual instrument and So it has highly practical value and is worth to be widely applied in the testing field. |
