The technique of non-destructive examination have the extensive application in the modern industry and reflect each stage in the product quality, the product designing, processing the manufacturing, the finished product examine and the using equipments. It reflects the credibility and safety in the machine and parts finally. For guaranteeing the railroad conveyance the safety, the steel rail before a factory had to pursue the root to carry on to detection completelyThe thesis according to the customer need and related technique standard, aiming at internal blemish of steel rail of characteristics, comparing to domestic and international widespread adoption of steel rail internal blemish examination method, to determine using the technique of ultrasonic wave carrying on nondestructive examination craft in the steel rail, designing the total technique project of auto online examination to railway, building up direction controlling organization, steel rail transport organization, organization of measuring distance, organization of feeler match, the automatic control system of ultrasonic wave detection on railway. These organizations constitute the system of auto detection the whole cross sections on-line and carrying on the progress of manufacturing, installing and adjust to the whole equipment for obtaining the satisfied experiment result.The auto detection equipment on ultrasonic wave to railway in this text is the system of gathering phonics, mechanics ,electricity, controlling, the micro-electronics technique and soft and hardware about computer etc. since the section of steel rail is complicated and specially, we adopt feeler of big angle and big area so that strengthening the anti-interference ability of the system. In the mechanic designing, we adopt the method of following behind 3D designing for making the signal of ultrasonic wave raise greatly. The steel rail controlled adopts active holding to make rail movement more stability. The steel rail movement adopt the control method of forward examination and backward movement so that it can make the system circulate more safely; the software for measure design the function of grasp wave dynamically to make the operation more realistically and adopt the monitor method for wave so that getting supervise and control in real-time of the feeler match with steel rail surface.This device has already succeeded to using for heavy railway in on-line examination, comparing with domestic and international of the same kind technique, it having the manufacturing convenience, autocontrol on-line of the signal transmission and reception and the manufacturing expense is low ,the error rate is low and the maintenance cost is low.
