Djm Processing Technology Research Of The Coastal Tidal Flats Of Soft Road Base

Dry Jet Mixing (DJM) is frequently used for reinforcing the flexible road foundation. With the development of highway construction in China , DJM has been widely accepted for its excellence while the theoretical understanding of DJM is still far behind. especially the research of DJM on enhancing the beach land is seldom. Hence researching the application of DJM on reinforcing the beach soft soil is necessary.In this paper, the factor affecting DJM construction were analyzed by the test of DJM composite foundation combined with the freeway from Rongcheng to Wuhai. The results show the factors mainly consistent of mixing impact of cement, wind pressure and wind mass of compressor, uniformity of dry jet and moisture content of foundation et. Moreover, the quality problems, such as an insufficiency of cement, un-uniformity of mixture, discontinuity of concrete, were analyzed, and the measures settling quality problem were put forward.Subsequently, the field loading test and low-strain test of DJM were conducted. The results show DJM has the function of reinforcing the foundation and solidification. The capability of bearing load of composite foundation increased. Therefore DJM can control the distortion and settlement of the soft soil foundation.According to the test results, the stress ratio relates to the load capacity of soil. The strength of soil is higher, the stress ratio is less. The less stress ratio indicates the soil will bear more load. This is unified with the Theory of Sparse Pile.At last, the settlement of DJM composite foundation was computed by theory method. At the same time, the final settlement was forecast...
